Startdosering (eerste 6 weken)
- < 5 kg: 2 x daags 0.25 stuk
- 5 t/m 12.5 kg: 2 x daags 0.5 stuk
- 12.5 t/m 25 kg: 1 x daags 1 stuk
- 25 t/m 50 kg: 2 x daags 1 stuks
- > 50 kg: 2 x daags 2 stuks
Vervolgdosering (de daarop volgende 3 weken)
- < 5 kg: 1 x daags 0.25 stuk
- 5 t/m 12.5 kg: 1 x daags 0.5 stuk
